Does my country's tax rate effect the checkout price of a workshop or my membership?

Yes it does.. We are based in Austria, and as such, have to charge tax for European countries. Therefore, depending on where you live in the world, some countries charge a extra tax on top of our fee. This will be determined once you check the item out.
